Recipe From
2 x 150g skinless free-range chicken breasts
1 teaspoon ras el hanout, plus extra to serve
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
160g blueberries
1 x 250g packet of cooked mixed grains
1 x 400g tin of lentils
160g frozen peas
½ a bunch of mint (15g)
30g feta cheese
