1 large aubergine
2 tablespoons cashew nuts
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
3 heaped tablespoons Thai green curry paste
1 x 400g tin of light coconut milk
2 red onions
175g baby corn
4 x 120g skinless chicken breasts
400ml semi-skimmed milk
375g wholewheat noodles
2 teaspoons sesame oil
4 sprigs of fresh basil
1 lime
