Ingredients

450g tuna

4–5 limes

1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced

1–2 fresh chillies, deseeded and finely chopped

3 tablespoons sesame seed oil

4 tablespoons coconut milk

1 good handful of fresh coriander, leaves picked and finely chopped

2 heaped tablespoons sesame seeds

2cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped

low-salt soy sauce, to taste
