Ingredients

1 orange

220g of Mothership overnight oats

80g of frozen cherries

1 heaped tablespoon toasted flaked almonds

Top Tip

Be sure to use gluten-free oats, to keep this gluten-free, and your favourite unsweetened, fortified plant milk to keep this dairy-free and vegan.

Method

  1. Finely grate the zest of the orange, then segment the fruit.
  2. Layer up with the Mothership overnight oats, frozen cherries and flaked almonds.
