Chia seeds are pretty cool if you flavour them well. They’re really high in protein and fibre, and a source of magnesium, for strong and healthy bones and teeth.

4 small bananas (400g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
600ml chilled hazelnut or unsweetened almond milk
120g chia seeds
300g frozen fruit, such as mango or mixed berries
½ a lime
