100g unsalted mixed nuts, such as walnuts, Brazils, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews

50g mixed seeds, such as chia, poppy, sunflower, sesame, linseed, pumpkin

100g mixed dried fruit, such as blueberries, cranberries, sour cherries, mango, apricots, figs, sultanas
