Recipe From
400g porridge oats
100g linseeds
50g shelled walnuts
50g shelled pistachios
50g whole almonds
50g regular, black or red quinoa
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons malted powder, such as Horlicks or Ovaltine
EACH PORTION
150ml of your favourite milk, such as cow’s, goat’s, soya, nut or oat
80g seasonal berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
1 heaped teaspoon mixed unsalted chopped nuts
