250g regular, black or red quinoa
4 spring onions
120g roasted peeled red peppers in brine
1 slice of wholemeal bread
1 tablespoon Tabasco chipotle sauce
extra virgin olive oil
1 large orange
40g blanched hazelnuts
1 small red onion
100g radishes
1 fresh red chilli
2 limes
½ a bunch of fresh mint (15g)
2 small red or green chicory
750g chunk of watermelon
80g feta cheese
