200g crunchy mixed seasonal veg, such as baby carrots, raw baby beets, cauliflower, peppers, radishes, cucumber, freshly podded peas, asparagus
1 eating apple
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
½ a bunch of fresh dill or mint (15g)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons skinny houmous
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
½ a ripe avocado
