Jamie’s back on our screens with a stunning one-off TV special! He heads to Georgia in Eastern Europe to soak up inspiration from the people, ingredients, techniques and traditions that make Georgia so wonderfully unique.

First up, Jamie explores the bustling capital city Tbilisi, then he heads east to the vineyards of Kakheti for a traditional Georgian supra (a feast of sharing dishes), before returning home to cook up an epic Georgian-inspired roast chicken. You won’t want to miss this!
