5 ways with pulled pork

You might think something this extraordinary would take loads of time and effort, but with just 10 minutes of work and five hours of love and care (from the oven, not you!), you could be dining on this absolute flavour feast.
Our favourite outrageous pulled pork recipe falls off the bone and is super easy to make. Whether you enjoy it as one big family dinner, or batch it up and freeze the portions to have as midweek-meal time savers, it’s a winner on every front. And you can use it in a whole bunch of different ways.

Pulled pork bap
In a pan, heat up a portion of pork with a splash of water until piping hot and lightly golden, then pile into a bap with a gesture of wholegrain mustard, some cheese-and-onion crisps, a wodge of rocket and a few cornichons or pickles.
