1 x 460g jar of roasted red peppers

Method

  1. Drain the jar of roasted red peppers and tip into a food processor.
  2. Blitz until smooth then pour into a bowl.
  3. Serve with Bat crackers and raw seasonal crunchy veg crudités, like carrots or cucumber.
